Boss wants ruthless Rovers

Gary Bowyer wants Rovers to back up the general level of performance with a cutting edge in attack and more care in defense - starting at Leeds on New Years day.

Last campaign the two sides shared 6 goals in a thrilling contest at Elland Road, but the boss believes the opeing game of 2014 is more likely to be similar to the clash between the two sides at Ewood just a few weeks ago that Rovers won by a Tommy Spurr goal to nil.
